Spider Chic

Matilda continues to wow me. I never thought I would find a spider endearing, but she facinates me to no end. This morning I cheered with glee as I watched her catch and spin an unlucky fly in her web and make him lunch! We think she is going to have babies soon, as it is approaching the fall. The spiderlings will need time to hatch and then be carried off by the wind before the winter sets in.
